15-Day Return Policy

At Goldvark, we are committed to providing you with exceptional jewelry and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 15 days of receiving it under the following conditions:

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to Goldvark’s customer support team at support@goldvark.com or call us at 9369558054 within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Submit a Request: Log in to your account on goldvark.com, navigate to the “My Orders” section, and initiate a return request within the 15-day return window.
  3. Prepare the Package:
    • Preserve the original packaging and ensure the jewelry is in its sealed condition, unused, along with all accessories, tags, boxes, bags, stickers, papers, and the original invoice.
    • Ensure that the outer packaging box and protective materials are returned alongside the item.
    • All goldvark jewellery comes with an IGI©, GIA©, SGL appraisal certificate and must be returned with the certificate. If the certificate is not returned, your refund will be reduced by the amount of the replacement cost. If you do not have the certificate, let us know so we can quote you the exact price for the replacement. goldvark will not be responsible for any loss or damage of return shipment

Instructions for Return Packaging:

  1. Step 1: Pack the items securely using the extra packing material provided with your order. Do not reuse the original packaging in which your order was shipped.
  2. Step 2: Avoid using cello tape or any additional wrapping on the shipment. Use the seal already provided for the return.
  3. Step 3: Ensure the shipment is sealed and securely packed before handing it to the courier. Place only the return invoices required for shipping purposes on the outside of the package.
  4. Step 4: For your safety and reference, take a video while packing and sealing the return package.

Note the name and phone no.of the pickup agent.

Important Guidelines:

  • Customized jewelry is not eligible for returns but can be exchanged or included in our buyback program.
  •  If the jewellery returned is damaged or shows any signs of wear and tear, alterations, resizing (by a jeweller other than Goldvark.com),the same will not be accepted under this policy. If the Tag of “Non Returnable ” is removed then product will not be accepted under this policy
  • Single jewelry pieces valued above ₹50,000 are only eligible for exchange or buyback.
  • Loose Solitaire Diamond / Gemstones and Gold Coins or Bars and Frames are not covered under  Return policy
  • Please make sure that you are checking the package before accepting any delivery made to you carefully. If you find the shipment to be tampered-kindly do not accept the package. Make a package opening video while opening your delivery.

Refunds:

Once the returned item passes our quality checks, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

You are eligible for an exchange on for 100% of the purchase value for 15 days after delivery. In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be held as a credit for future purchase. One order can be exchanged only once, after that it will go under Lifetime Exchange Policy.For further assistance, please contact our support team.
