. Lifetime Exchange Policy
Eligibility: You can exchange your Goldvark jewelry at its prevailing market value at any time.
Conditions: To be eligible, the item must be returned along with the original invoice and product certificate. Jewelry that has been altered or modified by anyone other than
Goldvark will not qualify for exchange.

Quality Inspection: Goldvark will carry out a thorough quality inspection before processing the exchange. If there are any adjustments to the exchange value, a clear and valid
explanation will be provided. Policies details are below
 For Diamond Jewellery – 100% of the current value of gold and 90% of diamond value excluding GST charges. No making charges/ stamping charges/ design charges will be paid
 For Gold Jewellery – 100% of the current value of gold, calculated based on current gold price. (Gold rate X Gold Wt). No making charges/ stamping charges/ design charges
will be paid

Lifetime Buy-Back and Refund Policy
If you change your mind after the Easy Returns period has ended, we’ll be happy to buy back the jewellery or offer you a refund at its prevailing rate in accordance with the
policy details outlined below.
 For Diamond Jewellery – 100% of the current value of gold and 80% of diamond value excluding GST charges. No making charges/ stamping charges/ design charges will be paid
 For Gold Jewellery – 95% of the current value of gold, calculated based on current gold price. (Gold rate X Gold Wt). No making charges/ stamping charges/ design charges
will be paid

Important Terms & Conditions
• Non-Eligible Items: Loose diamonds, baguettes, tapered diamonds are not eligible for buy-back or exchange.
• Document Requirement: The original invoice and product certificate must be presented for processing any return or exchange.
• Lost Certificate: If the product certificate is lost, a fee of Rs. 3,000 or Rs. 1000 per carat (whichever is higher) will be charged.
• Third-Party Purchases: Products purchased from any other platform or retailer (not directly from Tieva Jewels or our official website) will not be accepted for return, buy-
back
• Discounts and Offers: If you received any discount during your purchase, the equivalent value will be deducted from the final return/exchange settlement.
